Thank you for purchasing your Shaws Original in pergamon glaze. Before you inspect your sink please bear in mind the following.
All Shaws Originals are individually handcrafted at our factory in Lancashire and have been traditionally sprayed in a white glaze for the last 100 years. This gives the best finish in terms of both smoothness and lustre. Pergamon glaze, due to its technical composition, is a "stiffer glaze" and will not have the same properties as white glaze.Therefore you may find the glazed surface slightly more undulating and with the occasional pinhole. This is in no way determinantal to the product and is an inherent charecterisitic of a Shaws Ortiginal in pergamon glaze.
