Replacing the 009-077 connection on a thermostatic coaxial handle

This article will explain how to replace the white plastic handle connection 009-077 from a thermostatic handle

Preparation:
  • Recommended tools: 2.5mm allen key, pliers

  • Shut water supply to the faucet off: Important: Turn off the water supply at the faucet before starting. You can either turn off the main supply to the house or close the shut-off valves if the faucet is equipped with them. Then open the faucet again to empty it of residual water. Failure to do so could result in flooding or injury.

Press down (A) and Pull the handle (B).

Uninstall in the order shown.

Remove the handle insert.

Ensure that the small clips (C) are inside the handle.

Install in the order shown.
