How do I find the right escutcheon for my faucet? |
Step 1: |
Measure the center to center distance between the 2 outer holes of your sink or basin (D). This will determine whether you need a 4“ or 8” escutcheon plate. |

Step 2 |
Measure the diameter of the shank (A) or, if there are 2 threaded rods, measure the outer distance between the 2. **You can also find this information on your faucet's specification sheet. Make a note of this measurement. TIPS: If you have difficulties measuring the diameter of the shank (A), you can wrap a string around it, cut it and replicate a circle on a piece of paper to measure the diameter. Or if the faucet is not installed, you could unscrew the fastening nut (B) until it comes out and measure the inside diameter. |
