C7905 Instructions

Shut water supply to the faucet off: Important: Turn off the water supply at the faucet before starting. You can either turn off the main supply to the house or close the shut-off valves if the faucet is equipped with them. Then open the faucet again to empty it of residual water. Failure to do so could result in flooding or injury. 

1) Remove the faceplate from the wall by unscrewing the C7539

2)  Remove the cap on the end of the handle

3) Using a Philips head screwdriver remove the C7541

4) Pull handle and dome C7902 off

5)    Note the position of the Black limit stop C7911 before removal

6) Remove C-Clip C7010/5

7) Push the stem on the face plate and the C7905 will fall out of the hole on the back side

a.       If handle is loose replace with new C7905

b.       If handle is stiff/frozen remove one of the o-rings on the outside of the barrel

8)    Grease and reassemble following the directions in reverse order.
