C7446, C7446MC Spout Replacement Instructions
Used with single lever and two lever Country Kitchen and Country Bath faucets.
Tools Needed: 2MM Allen Wrench and Needle Nose pliers
Shut water supply to the faucet off: Important: Turn off the water supply at the faucet before starting. You can either turn off the main supply to the house or close the shut-off valves if the faucet is equipped with them. Then open the faucet again to empty it of residual water. Failure to do so could result in flooding or injury.
Set screw/spout removal: |

Locate the 2MM allen set screw at the back of the faucet. Using a 2MM allen wrench, rotate |

C7593SET Replacement: |

Using needle nose pliers, remove the existing rigid clips and o-ring/s from the spout fitting. Replace. Lubricate using waterproof, sterile grease. |

Insert spout into the base of the faucet. Ensure that the gap on the top rigid clip is aligned with the hole at the back of the faucet base. Seat the spout fully down into faucet base. You may ease placement using a rubber mallet, gently tapping the top of the spout until seated. |

Using a 2MM allen wrench, rotate the 2MM set screw clockwise until tight. |
