Touchless Faucet Reset

Factory Reset Guide for Touchless Faucets
This article provides quick instructions for restoring your faucet to its factory settings.
Before You Begin

⚠️ Keep the water supply valves turned ON during the reset process. The faucet requires an active water supply to complete the factory reset successfully.

If you are performing any other service or repair on the faucet, turn the water supply valves OFF before proceeding. For guidance, refer to the article "How to safely shut off water supply to the Faucet.”

  • Disconnect both the power cable and the data cable from the control box.
    • The power cable will be either the battery pack cable or the AC adapter cable (both are round black cords).
    • The data cable is the flat black cord.

Once both cables are disconnected, wait 60 seconds before proceeding.

  • Above the sink, ensure there is at least 8 inches of clear space in front of the sensor. Remove any objects that may obstruct the sensor's detection area.
    • Below the sink, reconnect the data cable (flat black cord) to the control box before reconnecting power.
    • Make sure the data cable is fully inserted into the control box and securely connected. Push the connector in firmly until it is seated completely.

    • Make sure the power cable is fully inserted and firmly connected. Push the connector in completely to ensure a secure connection.
    • Once power is restored, allow the faucet to complete its startup cycle. Wait 1–2 minutes before using the faucet.
