MB Half Inch Cartridge Replacement

Shut water supply to the faucet off: Important: Turn off the water supply at the faucet before starting. You can either turn off the main supply to the house or close the shut-off valves if the faucet is equipped with them. Then open the faucet again to empty it of residual water. Failure to do so could result in flooding or injury. |
Replacements for discontinued R94006941 & R94006942 cartridges, for use with faucets ordered prior to 2008
Parts required: R4588701 & R9400324 (hot, or cross handles) and/or R9400325 (cold for levers)
Instruction: |
Upon removal of the existing cartridge, flush the sidevalve/s to alleviate any debris and/or residual blockage.Install cartridge R9400324/R9400325 into sidevalve, rotating clockwise.
Install brass adaptor onto stem of the new replacement cartridge, R9400324/R9400325.
Install handle, securing the installation with the longer brass screw provided.
Complete handle assembly.
