Congratulations on the purchase of your Perrin & Rowe Bathroom Chinaware Product. Correctly installed and with sensible care, this product will give you many years of trouble-free service.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
  • Before you proceed... We recommend you engage the services of a registered plumber to install this product.
  • Observe all local plumbing and building codes.
  • For ease of possible future servicing, we also recommend the fitting a conveniently placed isolating valve in the supply.

Please take care when unpacking the products, making sure you have all components that you have ordered.

After unpacking the products please check you have all the contents listed above. Check that they are free from damage as parts cannot be exchanged after installation.

Installing the valve:

Insert the screw head with 1 rubber washer through the holes in the cistern.

Tighten the screws up underneath the cistern by adding a washer and

a nut. Slide the rubber gasket into place.

Place the cistern onto the pan while lining the screws up with the holes in the toilet.

 

Place a washer and a wingnut onto the thread and tighten the cistern down equally across both side's, making sure the gasket is in place.

Place the pan into position and mark the fixing holes. Drill and fix the pan using suitable fixing screws and plugs. Use a proprietary brand of toilet connector to ensure a good seal between the pan and soil pipe. 

Connect water supply to the cistern (we recommend installing a shut off valve within close proximity to the pan).

Install your Perrin and Rowe lever and toilet seat and place the cistern lid onto the cistern.

BEFORE USE:

 

  • Carefully check the installation for leaks.
  • Please ensure that the installation complies with the water supply bylaws.
CARE & MAINTENANCE:
  • Cleaning of the sanitary should be done with a cream type cleaner and should be applied by using a sponge. Wash the whole ceramic down with clean water.
  • No cleaners containing abrasive materials should be used.
ROHL WARRANTY POLICY:

All products supplied by ROHL carry warranties against manufacturing defects.

Perrin & Rowe products carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty.

ROHL LLC will provide free of charge, as its options, replacement part(s) or product (or a comparable alternative product) to replace those which have proven defective in materials or workmanship.
