Preparation: |
- Tools required: 3/32” standard allen key & small crescent wrench
- Shut water supply to the faucet off: Important: Turn off the water supply at the faucet before starting. You can either turn off the main supply to the house or close the shut-off valves if the faucet is equipped with them. Then open the faucet again to empty it of residual water. Failure to do so could result in flooding or injury.
Instructions: |
1. By hand, twist off lever handle by rotating counterclockwise.
2. Using a 3/32 standard allen wrench, rotate the set screw counterclockwise to loosen.
3. Pull Bell Housing off and away from faucet body.
4. Using a small crescent wrench on the hex nut of the ½” cartridge, rotate counterclockwise to loosen.
5. Service and/or Replace.
6. Follow steps in reverse to reassemble.
