Preventing damage: Avoid exposing a quartz sink to strong chemicals, such as paint removers or oven cleaners. If contact occurs, quickly flush the surface with water. Do not use straight or undiluted bleach solution. Run cold water during the pouring of any boiling water into the sink. Do not use any abrasive cleaning products, scouring pads or steel wool. Do not use caustic solutions containing ammonia or alkalies. Examples include certain bath and drain cleaner products. Strong detergents, acids, alkaline solution and abrasive cleaners should not be used. Do not use chemical “silver cleaners,” bleaches or detergents containing chlorine or any of its derivatives.

Routine care: It is recommended that you clean your sink prior to first use. For every day cleaning of the sink, most dirt and stains: wipe with damp cloth/sponge and soapy water or with a mild household detergent diluted in warm water. Dry with cotton cloth. Stubborn stains can be removed with a cloth soaked with alcohol, or other specialist quartz cleaning product and use it correctly, followed by a thorough rinse with water.
